"I don't think I will ever be able to THANK YOU enough! Writing this letter to you now brings tears to my eyes. All my life, up until November 14th 2006, people have always thought I was either mad or stuck up because I never smiled. I have always been extremely embarrassed about my smile it has always been my worst feature. Now even with the braces on, it has become my best feature. I can't believe I am actually going to have straight teeth and a beautiful smile to go with it. It is more than worth it.
